General Fair Information

Gates

The Dodge County Fair will be operated from 7:00
a.m. until 12:00 a.m. each day Wednesday through
Saturday. Sunday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.


The Fair Office will be available during the following times:
July 8th - 12th: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
July 15th -20th: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
July 21st: 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Commercial & Open Class Building Hours
Wednesday: 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Thursday: 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Friday: 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Saturday: 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Parking

General Visitor and Handicap Public Parking Entrance will
be through 11th Street Northeast and 5th Ave, Kasson, MN
to be designated the Main Entrance.

The South Entrance to the Fairgrounds will be
limited to Fair workers, Vendors, Sponsors, and Directors.
Walk-in visitors and bicycle parking available this entrance as well.

Parking Rates
Daily: $5.00
Seasonal: $20

  • Handicap Accessibility and Shuttle Services are available.
  • There will be designated shuttle service pick up/drop off locations.
  • Parking charges will be made 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
    Wednesday through Friday. Saturday hours will be 7:00
    a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday hours will be 10:00 p.m. to 4:00
    p.m.

    Livestock Gate-
    New Procedure at the Livestock Gate
    There will be a drop off/pick up location in
    between the dairy & beef barns. Livestock
    parking is moving to the east side of the
    ice arena. You will have to exit the Livestock
    gate and enter off 11th St NE to park. Limited
    parking next to the dairy barn.
    Livestock gate will be open from:
    7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday
    7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday

    Daily parking tickets and Season parking passes will be
    color coded for respective fairgrounds entrances.

    General Fair Policies and Regulations

  • No Pets Allowed! Service Animals Only
  • No Golf Carts or ATV's allowed on the grounds. Only Fair Personal!
  • No smoking or vaping allowed on the fairgrounds except in designated areas.
    Designated areas are outside the south fenced in beer garden area and the grandstand pit area
  • Dodge County Ordinance No. 23-03 regulating the use of cannabis and cannabis derived products in public places. The Dodge County Fair Board has approved the county's ordinance, and this ordinance applies on the fairgrounds. No Cannabis or cannabis derived products are permitted on the grounds of the fair. Please refer to the county's ordinance below. Penalties up to $300 will be enforced.

    Lost & Found
    Is located at the Fair Office next to the Grandstand.

    Attention Dairy Cattle Exhibitors!
    There are new testing requirements for H5N1 prior to exhibiting at any event, including the fair, for lactating dairy cows. Please checkout Minnesota Board of Animal Health for further details: www.bah.state.mn.us/new-testing-requirements-for-dairy-cows-before-events
    Testing should be done by July 11th or 12th to be able to show at the fair.
