In Memory of Marilyn Lermon
1944~2026
Our beloved leader and fair board director Marilyn served on the board for 30 years, 11 of those years being our President. The fair was her passion, and she left a lasting impact on it and everyone she met. The Creative Activities building was where she began her legacy on the grounds. So, in her honor we are renaming the building to the Marilyn Lermon Creative Activities and Fine Arts Building as well as awarding the Marilyn Lermon Creative Activities Best of Show Award to the overall best open class creative activity. We miss her deeply, and the mark she left on this fair will forever serve as a foundation for all who follow.
