Facility Rental

The 2026 Facility Rental booking is open. Check out what we have to offer for your next big event. Facility Rental is available April 17th through October 9th, 2026.  It is unavailable July 3rd through July 23rd, 2026 for the 169th Fair.

There is an option to rent tables and chairs through the Fairboard. We have 14- 60” White Round Tables, 40- 4’x8’ White Rectangular Tables, and 200 White Lifetime Folding Chairs.

There is a $200 deposit required at the time of booking for facility rental. Deposit will be returned in full if facility rented is restored to original condition. Any damages or cleanup will be subtracted from the deposit and the remainder returned within 30 days of event.

All Renters must provide an Event Certificate of Insurance listing Dodge County Agricultural & Mechanics Society, Inc. as additional insured. The Event Certificate must be presented prior to taking possession of the building or grounds.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to event. Building keys will not be given until payment received.
